I totally understand that soup.io wants a "clean face", meaning that the standard "everyone"-soup is free of offensive material. As a user, I would be pleased to help you achieve that by flagging content.
However I will NOT rat on other soupers' entire soups because that means they will become "underground", or "censored".
You have my full support if you
-Give everyone an option to browse Everyone+NSFW
-Allow me to flag individual content (hey, i'd flag my own if i'd regard it as slightly kinky)
Your above plan shows that you are planning on indirect censorship, the so called "Vorauseilender Gehorsam". People will be scared to post things because their entire soup could be blacklisted. LAME.
